Technology
Herbal Zone employs a specially designed extraction equipments to extract the herbs' essence while inactive constituents such as starch are left behind and not included. By using the sealed recurrent - extraction method, low temperature depressurized, and vacuum drying, we are able to retain the original essence, flavor, and function of the herb.
We work in close cooperation with a professional consultant to ensure world-class management. At present, we have skilled workers, experts, and pharmacists, work in harmonious synergy toward the production of superior quality concentrated herbal formula. We also coordinate joint research programs with Biotechnological & Medical institutions. One such program is the training and development of local organic planters so that they can acquire the skills and knowledge to grow herbs that meet our stringent requirements.

Quality Assurance
Herbal Zone follows (GMP) Good Manufacturing Practice and standardized extracts in-house operating procedures, products are manufactured in ISO 9001 approved manufacturing facilities and under strict quality control. The entire production process is in accordance with regulations of the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau, MOH and (WHO) World Health Organization.
At first, all raw materials and ingredients used Graded as GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) by USFDA. We conduct rigorous quality control tests, including sample identification analysis, chemical content analysis, and microbiological testing. All incoming raw materials are subject to a series of strict examination, including herbal grading, compositional analysis, and ingredients tests. After further processing, the qualified herbs are examined by a dehydration test and a general dust test before being extracted. All finished products undergo a final examination prior to storage and delivery.
